Love Island’s Laura – A Hair Extensions Disaster?

When you have hair extensions you really do not want it to be obvious but, sadly, that’s what’s happened to poor Laura.  Her extensions are too long and sit on dark roots which make them obvious.  On top of that, the sun has changed the colour and condition of her hair which now looks dry, fluffy and very pale on the ends. We do love how she styles her hair though – full marks for trying so many different hairstyles during her love journey.

Dani Dyer’s Hair Success Story

We love Dani’s hair which looks in superb condition.  It is long, glossy and healthy looking.  We think she may be wearing taped hair extensions but she hides them well.   Dani from Love Island sensibly wears her hair up in a bun or ponytail during the day to keep her hair clear of sun cream and pool water.

Love or Hate Hayley’s Hair Extensions?

We know Hayley has now left the Love Island villa but we quite liked her hair extensions which is why she gets a special mention!  We believe Hayley had individual extensions which started off looking great but all that fiddling with her hair made them go a little wispy!   Take note if you are wearing extensions – do not fiddle with them!

Samira’s Weave Survived Love Island

We are delighted and slightly amazed that Samira Mighty’s weave survived several weeks on the island.  Weaves do not mix well with the heat or water… but we rarely (if ever?) saw Samira in the pool.  Samira left her own hair around the hairline and that had to be blended in with her hair extensions to give a smooth appearance.  All that heat, plus the scorching sun, do not make for happy hair.   As you may know, Samira has now left Love Island so her hair can make a speedy recovery.
