CONSULTATIONS:
- Consultations are a 10 minute booking to meet our team of hair specialists, who will assess your hair & give professional advice on how to achieve your hair goals.
- Consultations are charged at £10 which is redeemable upon your next booking.
- Consultations are non-refundable if you choose not to book a follow-up appointment.
HAIR COLOUR NOTES:
- All colour prices are liable to have a surcharge, depending on time, colour usage, hair length or thickness.
- Hair colour includes a complimentary blast finish, please book a blowdry for styling.
- As we are now a concept Davines salon, a skin test will be required if you have not had hair colour at Mova since the beginning of 2026. New clients or clients who have not had hair colour in 3 months or longer will also require a skin test 48 hours prior to their colour appointment. Skin tests last up to 12 months but please re-test if you have changed any medication or have any new allergies, tattoos, permanent make-up for henna.
- We use VISH which measures every gram of colour used in services. If the standard amount of colour is used in a service, pricing will not change. However, if you require more colour, we will calculate the additional cost of the service.
- There may also be an additional surcharge if extra time is needed to a standard appointment booking due to hair length/thickness.
SPECIAL NOTE:
- We are recycling our used foils, hair, empty colour tubes, chemicals, PPE, plastic and paper. We are asking our clients to help us with this system by contributing an optional £1 green fee every time you visit us for your hair appointment. This will automatically be added to your bill but you can, of course, request that we remove this charge.
