Our technicians will provide you with full aftercare advice during your appointment. However some general advice Do not wash your hair for at least 24 hours after your extensions have been fitted. Wash your extensions no more than 1-2 times per week and only use sulphate-free shampoo and conditioner. Before washing, detangle the hair and separate the bonds. Never go to sleep with wet or damp hair extensions. Dry your hair and consider loosely plaiting your extensions while asleep to avoid tangling. Consider investing in a silk pillow case. For a few days after fitting, your scalp may feel a little tender. This is normal and is simply the weight of the extra hair. If the tenderness persists, please come back into Mova as we may need to slightly loosen your extensions.
