CONSULTATIONS:
- Consultations are a 10 minute booking to meet our team of hair specialists, who will assess your hair & give professional advice on how to achieve your hair goals.
- Consultations are charged at £10 which is redeemable upon your next booking.
- Consultations are non-refundable if you choose not to book a follow-up appointment.
HAIR SMOOTHING NOTES:
- Please book in for a consultation so we can assess your hair and explain the results you can expect. We can also give you a direct quote for this service at that time.
- Nanokeratin hair smoothing is suitable for all hair types including colour-treated and chemically processed hair.
HAIR EXTENSIONS NOTES:
- Our extensions specialists are Megan & Emily (Staines) and Hannah, Holly, Erin & Jade (Virginia Water).
- Mova work with Zen & Easilocks, offering tapes and iTip micro rings and nano tips.
- All hair orders must be placed three working days before application date.
- Please book in for a hair extensions consultation so we can give you a breakdown of the price for your chosen extensions and desired look.
SPECIAL NOTES:
- There may be an additional surcharge if extra time is needed to a standard appointment booking due to hair length/thickness.
- We have teamed up with Green Salon Collective who are recycling our used foils, hair, empty colour tubes, chemicals, PPE, plastic and paper. We are asking our clients to help us with this system by contributing an optional £1 green fee every time you visit us for your hair appointment. This will automatically be added to your bill but you can, of course, request that we remove this charge.
